GO Terms and Conditions

  1. All items are subject to availability, especially for merchandise from OFFLINE events.

  2. Orders confirmations are sent via email for form-based orders or via Twitter DM/FB messenger for general calls.

  3. Items listed in the order confirmation sent to the buyer are final. Changes will only be allowed if the items are NOT YET SECURED and with enough time to make the changes.

  4. Order cancellations are not allowed. Please be sure before placing your orders.

  5. Downpayments are non-refundable, EXCEPT if your item was out of stock or not secured by the seller.

  6. Orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  7. Local shipping fees are not included in the order price.

  8. Payments must be made to the specified payment details by the deadline stated in the order confirmation. A late payment fee of ₱50 per day will be charged for overdue payments.

  9. The seller is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the supplier or the courier.

  10. All orders will be packed securely. As such, the seller will not issue refunds for items damaged or lost due to courier mishandling.

  11. Buyers must record a complete, uncut, and unedited unboxing video to raise concerns with the courier if issues arise.

  12. All personal information submitted will be deleted upon completion of the transaction.

  13. The seller reserves the right to cancel transactions involving disrespectful or fraudulent buyers.
